Not Just Names On A Wall

About 80 miles Southeast of Chicago in Marseilles, Illinois stands the Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial, dedicated to those who have lost their lives while fighting in wars and battles across the Middle East. Some died in war, others while on missions, all gave their lives for Americans to be free. WGN’s Ryan Burrow gets a tour of the wall, and meets with Jill Stephenson, a Gold Star mother, whose son died nine years ago after fighting in Afghanistan. Jill remembers U.S. Army Ranger Ben Kopp, his service, and the incredible gift he gave to dozens even after his death.
