Patriot Education Fund Opens Doors for Veterans

Through an investment in education, the Patriot Education Fund’s vision is to honor and empower our service members and military families transition from their service to our country into successful careers in the public and private sector.

Today, we met Michael Jewell is from West Peoria, who is a student veteran and a Patriot Education Fund scholarship recipient. Michael separated from the military in 2012 to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Following his graduation from UIC in 2015, Michael was accepted into Bradley University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and just graduated this Spring 2018 with the financial support of the Patriot Education Fund scholarship.
