Kaiser Health News Partnerships Editor and Senior Correspondent Mary Agnes Carey describes the inability to repeal Obamacare, or reach a health care bill altogether in the Senate, as the Republican Party begun its debate today. And, she tells us what will happen if the “skinny amendment” passes, with less changes than originally promised.
