The president sets aside more funds to the military by cutting dedication to the arts

Following this morning’s breaking news of Trump’s proposal to cut funding towards the National Endowment for the Arts, National Endowment for the Humanities, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting – in addition to those on the Environmental Protection Agency – ABC’s Andy Field joins us from D.C. to help us try to make sense of it all.
