This morning on the Opening Bell, Dave Plier filled in for Steve Grzanich. First, he talked to Julie Law from Amazon, who shared with him Amazon’s not-so-secret recipe for success: great prices and super fast delivery. They also talked about Amazon’s grocery services and Julie previewed a couple exciting things coming up for Amazon in 2017. Then, Adam Dulye, Executive Chef at the Brewers Association and joined Dave in-studio to talk about how the BA aims to help craft brewers – 99% of whom qualify as small, independent businesses. They also discussed upcoming hop research, the effect of big market mergers on these small businesses and why seasonal brews are so important.
