In the age of online dating, tinder, and other hook up apps, you don’t always know exactly who the person is sitting across from you on a date. Hayley Child is a sexual violence and abuse strategy coordinator for Lincolnshire in England. She developed the ‘Ask for Angela’ campaign, which encourages individuals to ‘ask for angela’ at the bar if you are feeling uncomfortable on a date. This will tip off the bar staff that things aren’t right, and they will help get you out of it.
