Cleveland certainly does rock! We’re back home for another great show on Sunday, recapping the GOP convention, looking ahead to the Democratic convention, a running mate for Hillary Clinton and an update on the drive to make state legislative maps more independent of political influence. On the show today, we have attorney Lori Lightfoot, who is representing the Independent Map drive. Lightfoot stops by to talk about last week’s ruling by a Cook County judge that said the proposal doesn’t constitutionally qualify for the Nov. 8 ballot. The Supreme Court has agreed to take up the issue.  After that,  former state GOP chairman and Ohio Gov. John Kasich delegate Pat Brady joins the show. We’ll get his take on Kasich’s decision to boycott the home-state convention hall, Ted Cruz’s non-endorsement speech and what’s ahead for Republicans in his view.  Last but not least, we speak to Mark Fratella. Mark, a Trump delegate from Elmhurst. He was on last week as he prepared to attend his first convention but now we’ll get his takeaway from the event.
