Tonight’s top stories include the legislative session wrapping up in Springfield, a few House Republicans voting against Governor Rauner, a whistleblower case against the police and city settling out of court, Donald Trump dropping a bombshell about the press, Hillary Clinton possibly winning the Democratic nomination for president before the California primary, Drew Peterson being convicted of trying to put a hit on a Will County prosecutor, city officials begging for civility after Chicago beaches were littered with trash over the Memorial Day holiday, Myspace announcing that the site has been hacked, the Cubs winning streak, the Sox losing streak, Golden State and Cleveland meeting again and a new diner replicating “Saved By The Bell” opening this week.
