CHICAGO — There are few folks who fly over Wrigley Field more than Curtis Waltz.

Since 2002, at least once a week for his Aerialscapes commercial photography business, Waltz takes his own Cessna Cardinal plane or rides as a passenger on a helicopter over Chicago. His route — usually to photograph buildings Downtown or near O’Hare — almost always carries him over the Cubs’ ballpark.

On Wednesday, Waltz created the Twitter account @WrigleyAerials to showcase his unique views of iconic North Side stadium.

“You get an aerial perspective of things nobody has seen before,” Waltz said. “I always forget how much people like it because I see it all the time.”
