Former Chicago Bears safety Doug Plank joins Justin to talk about his great career playing for the Bears, what he remembers about being drafted, what he knew about the Bears organization while growing up in Pennsylvania, bringing pain from the safety position, the pride he still feels about his time playing for the Bears, how he feels about retiring right before the Bears became successful in the 80’s, the legendary “46” defense and his current relationship with the NFL after all the stories about the health concerns of former players.
