Dan Herbert is the lawyer defending former Chicago cop, Jason Van Dyke, against murder charges over the shooting death of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald. Herbert joins Roe Conn and Anna Davlantes to talk about why he thinks Van Dyke can’t a fair trial in Cook County and responds to calls for a special prosecutor in the case.
