Shannon Spalding was a Chicago cop, during her time on the force she witnessed some things she felt weren’t right.  She joins Roe Conn and Anna Davlantes to talk about a lawsuit she’s filed against Chicago and Rahm Emanuel over a prevalent ‘Code of Silence’ that ended her career.
