Happy Friday folks!  We’ve got a packed episode of the Wintrust Business Lunch today to help you kick off the weekend.  First, Lasalle Network CEO Tom Gimbel joins the show to talk about knowing when its time to retire and walk away from a career that you love.  Then, Blue Sky Innovation’s Andrea Hanis takes a look at Glassdoor’s decision to open a new office in Chicago come 2016.  Glassdoor is an online job marketplace and Andrea talks about how the new office will impact businesses in the area.

Later, Dr. Michael Schlappi – a Researcher and Associate Professor of Biology at Marquette University – joins Steve to discuss the business of urban agriculture and why he’s growing rice paddies on rooftops.  Bankrate’s Mark Hamrick wraps up the show with a look at the latest employment numbers and what that will mean for our overall economy.  All that and more on this episode of the Wintrust Business Lunch!
