Restaurant and club owner Bruce Finkelman joins Justin at The Big Table to talk about his recipe for opening successful restaurants and rock clubs in Chicago. They discuss Bruce’s career from opening The Empty Bottle in Ukrainian Village  in 1992 to his newer projects like Dusek’s in Pilsen and The Promontory in Hyde Park.
