Dave Hoekstra talks with Chicago Blues Experience Director of Talent John Boncimino and bluesman/Artist Board member Billy Branch about the “world class cultural attraction” slated to open at Navy Pier in 2017.  They also discuss the viability of Navy Pier as a location, the need for such an attraction in a city so deeply rooted in blues history and more.  CBE co-founder Lincoln Beauchamp Jr. also joins the show to shed more light on the project and its mission.
