World renowned pastry chef Dana Cree joins Justin at The Big Table.  They discuss her decision to step away from the restaurant business as pastry chef at Blackbird and her move to 1871 and her own line of ice cream “Hello My Name is Ice Cream.”  She tells Justin about her her passion for the transformation of dairy and how it has helped guide her into the future.
