Pete McMurray's executive producer Scott Miller stops by the WGN Radio Kitchen to mix up one of his favorite cocktails. The Apple Pie on the Rocks is delicious and easy to make, but that's just not Scott's opinion, he enlists the help of Mike Miller, owner of Delilah's Bar.
Apple Pie on the Rocks
Brown sugar (for rimming the glass)
1 Pinch Cinnamon, Ground
4 oz apple juice or cider
1 oz Fireball whiskey
1 oz Vanilla vodka
Fill the shaker with ice. Rim the glass with some brown sugar. Combine all ingredients in the shaker, cover and give a good shake. Serve over ice.
