Rich Lenkov

Rich has received the top score for Target Corporation’s nationwide panel of general liability attorneys. Rich was recently honored as NIU College of Law Alumnus of the Year.

Rich is also co-founder of Chila Productions and a prolific producer. Rich is Associate Producer of The Perfect Storm: The Story Of The 1994 Montreal Expos. Rich also produced ’85: The Greatest Team In Football History, a documentary about the 1985 Chicago Bears. It featured interviews with over a dozen members of the team including NFL legends Mike Ditka, Mike Singletary, President Barack Obama and Bill Murray. Rich is also lead producer of Renegades, a live production in Las Vegas featuring prominent athletes including Terrell Owens, Jim McMahon and Jose Canseco. When not practicing law, Rich enjoys spending time with his family and playing basketball.

Christina Martini

Tina is a partner at McDermott Will & Emery and focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark and copyright law, as well as domain name, Internet, social media, advertising and unfair competition law.  She has extensive experience in counseling, prosecution, enforcement, due diligence and licensing matters. She successfully assists clients in protecting their intellectual property rights through litigation and other means, including the courts and uniform dispute resolution procedures.

Prior to joining McDermott, Tina was a partner at an AmLaw 100 global firm where she practiced for nearly 25 years. She held a number of key leadership roles, including serving as the firm’s National Hiring Partner-Associate Recruiting, sitting on the firm’s Executive and Policy Committees, serving as chair of the Chicago Intellectual Property Practice and serving on its Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, among other roles.

Tina has received numerous professional accolades, including an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale Hubbell and being selected for many years as one of America’s leading intellectual property attorneys by various legal publications, including Chambers & Partners and World Trademark Review.

In addition to her full-time practice, Tina is an author, columnist, legal analyst and podcast host, and she frequently shares her thought leadership with respect to current issues and trends impacting both the legal and business landscapes through various media outlets.
