As she goes through a temporary, long-distance relationship, Turi looks at how military spouses keep the family unit together when their partner is absent with Star Henderson, army veteran and co-founder of Army Wife Network. Star walks Turi through her journey as a National Guard wife and how she and another military wife founded the support network for military spouses and families.

Star Henderson, co-founder of Army Wife Network, shares her personal stories with Turi about how to deal with the difficulties of having a military spouse away from home.
