Judy
Markey has raised two children, has written four books
and has talked on the radio with Kathy O’Malley approximately
12,000 hours (minus ten days off for assorted plastic surgeries.)
She lives in Highland Park with her husband Tom and prefers reading
over cooking, yoga over treadmills, Classic Coke over anything
diet. (more about Judy)
Kathy
O’Malley came to WGN radio through the back door-the
Tribune’s back door. The former INC. columnist, who was
known to have cooked in her previous domestic life, is also a
mom of two, grandmother of four, a way-too-involved garden geek,
an occasional volunteer, and an excellent napper. (more

Steve
Bertrand started working at WGN Radio in 1985. After
seven years of relative bliss on the street, he was assigned anchoring
duties on the Kathy and Judy show. Since then he's been introduced
to chewable antacids, his wife Sharon, his two fantastic kids
and martinis. In that order. He lives in Deerfield with his family,
a big back yard, a vegetable garden and a really comfortable reading

Beth
Swierk began bossing Kathy and Judy around as an intern
in the summer of 2000, and eventually became their producer in
January of 2005. A 2001 graduate of the University of Missouri,
Beth paid her dues-- working every major holiday, overnights,
and driving the WGN fan van to area codes unknown. She excels
at storytelling, laughing, accessorizing, and making music mixes
so K&J aren’t hopelessly out of touch with the music
