I enjoy both Wendy & Bill but did not appreciate the comments about anyone being less than perfect.
The show was either last Thursday or Friday. I have a special needs Grandson who is a joy to be around and brings a smile to all who come in contact with him.

Not sure about Bob Saratt & wife. They seem to be doing their show off the fly. i tune in when i go out on my lunch hour and I want to hear something substanial . They both seem nice but maybe he should have stayed at Fox. Like today I really am getting tired about how he plays tennis and complains etc.

Tell Steve C. To stop with the jokes he is mot funny . He is always interrupting Andrea D. when she is giving the news.

I am so happy that WGN is suppose to be going in a different direction.I was an avid listener when uncle Bob and Spike and even John Williams were here but when you changed I chose to turn you OFF…then today at 330 when the newscaster inserted her opinion in the news about the republicans sending a bill to the president FILLED with their own agenda and he immediately turned it down… THAT is not the news , it is her opinion or the democrats opinion of what was in the bill…I am a republican and I love my country and want only the best for it and I am no second class citizen the way she made it sound . I would love to listen to WGN again but I chose to turn it OFF once and can do it again.

you won me back. Thanks for bringing back all my favorites. I thoroughly enjoy Bob and Mary Ann and the girls, Kathy and Judy…along with listening to Gary.. He cracks me up. Being from the south side of Chicago so many of the things he brings up takes me back to my roots. Keep up the good work.

I was so glad to hear that Nick was going to added to your lineup in a more consistent manner. But, I think I hear less of him now with his 2-5AM time slot! I enjoy listening to him but I also need my sleep! Thank you for returning Kathy and Judy to your Sat. morning lineup!! I still miss John Williams. He gave such good interviews and asked such good questions. Also enjoy listening to Gary and John each daily.

Please consider bringing Steve and Johnnie back in the 11pm to 2am slot. They are terriffic and would make the new updated line up a sure win, win.

Tell Steve to get off his rant about Rauner going to other stations. Last time I checked this is America and he can go wherever he is scheduled! Once Steve saying his feelings was okay but to continue vitriolically is totally ridiculous. I am glad Steve is back on WGN, but he does get way too carried away sometimes.

Please do not keep Suri (?) on at 11 pm. Hated her when she was on briefly before and was so happy when you put Pete and his crew on. Never hear them in them in the new time slot. Also do not like Patty Vasquez. She talks too fast and is not interesting. This is not a good time slot for women.
Was happy to have Steve in the morning. but he is getting too sarcastic and opinionated.

turi ryder is a fresh voice and I would love to hear her on the 11 to 2 show every day I work nights and she sure would make time fun

Hasn't been right since Carl Grayson, Ed & Hub, Wally Phillips, Ray Rayner and the gang drifted away. It's a sign of the cultural demise that Franklin McCormack is all but unknown. (Hope I'm bringing warm vibes back to folks!)

I remember Franklin McCormack vividly. I lived in Springfield when I was a kid in the late 60's, and one Saturday night I was trying to see what I could find on the radio, and happened upon Franklin McCormack's show. I listened intently after that, and even had the show on earlier in the evening on the night he passed away. I then decided to turn-on the radio in the mornings and discovered Wally Phillips! I was hooked from then on. I do have to say, though, that I was DELIGHTED when I found out that John Williams is back on the air! He was my favorite for many years, and kept me listening even after moving from Chicago to Florida. I know that I'll be listening a lot more often now!

I'm so happy with the new lineup. It will be great to have John Williams back and moving Bill & Wendy to the afternoon slot is a terrific move.

Exactly what kind of "brain trust" & I use the word "BRAIN" loosely, do you have running that station these days?? The only two reasons to tune in WGN in Steve Cochran & Gary Meier, I have been an avid listener since Wally even thru the years f the "Bleeding Hearts" Kathy & Judy! What is the reason to take Gary out of the lineup? Please let me know where on the dial WGNFM is cause that is where I'll be from now on. While I'm on a rant what is the reason for Sirott & wife & that Bill & Wendy???? If talent were an issue at your station you'd get your head out of your behinds & keep the REAL talent where they belong before you loose them altogether again!!

I have been a listener for 20 yrs, went through all changes, some good & some bad, but I stuck w/ wgn. But this is the last straw, I just want Garry Meier back in the afternoon, couldn't wait to get in the car after work & actually laugh. I am using someones computer & I don't have a smart phone, many of us older faithful listeners don't, please bring G>M back!!!

  • Crystal Clear

Bring Gary Meier back to 3PM slot. Place Bill and Wendy in the Noon to Three slot and relocate Bob and Maryann to WGN/FM

It was great to hear Steve and Johnnie again. I miss their program…..always so informative and not so much about "myself". They actually would let their guests talk. I was a long-time listener of WGN (my father started me listening to the Cubs games) but haven't listened much in the past few years. I am glad to have John Williams and Kathy/Judy back but haven't listened much as my dial isn't set on 720 much anymore.
