Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill filed a lawsuit against Indiana hotel Abbey Inn, after it withdrew $350 from a customer’s credit card as penalty for her negative online review of her stay. He describes why its online policy, stating that a fee would be incurred by a customer who does so, isn’t sufficient to penalize.
