Social justice activists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn join Justin at The Big Table to talk about a wide array of topics including the current presidential race between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, voter suppression, money in politics, the importance of activism and standing up to government, the similarity between protest movements in the 60’s to the protest movements today, the Black Lives Matter movement, the Colin Kaepernick controversy, the United States’ permanent state of war, education, gay rights, healthcare and Bill’s latest book, “Demand the Impossible: A Radical Manifesto.”
