After last-minute negotiations that stretched late into the night, the Chicago Teachers Union and Chicago Public Schools have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract, averting a strike that would have begun Tuesday if no agreement had been reached. WGN Radio’s Ryan Burrow reports.
