In Los Angeles, ABC News’ Alex Stone joins Roe Conn to talk about the growing instances of ‘creepy clowns’ menacing schools and communities across the country. The epidemic of clowns has even risen to the importance of being a question the White House spokesperson, Josh Earnest, had to answer.
