Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin and Justin Kaufmann

Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin joins Justin to break down Mayor Emanuel’s address on public safety. Commissioner Boykin talks about how Rahm Emanuel’s speech was basically a recitation of his inaugural speech, how the speech was short on details and a year too late, how the mayor hasn’t focused on the most dangerous communities, if adding police officers is the step in the right direction, how we still have the need for police reform, the importance of creating jobs for the neighborhood and Mayor Emanuel’s loss of credibility from the residents in his district.
