Tonight’s top stories include Hillary Clinton’s recovery from pneumonia, Chicago reporting that tourism is up despite continuing problems with violence, mixed reviews concerning the Argyle “shared street” project, the Bears losing to the Texans, the Cubs beating the Astros, the Cubs possibly clinching the playoffs in St. Louis, the White Sox, Northwestern and the Illini all losing and August being the hottest month on record of all time.
