Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez joins the show to talk about sex trafficking. Ten traffickers caught by a wiretap three years go have pleaded guilty to prostituting girls and young women in the Chicago area. The 16 victims ranged in age from 13 to 19, and Alvarez says many of them have received social services.
