Two boys, ages 5 and 6, were seriously injured when the fell from the house, one landing on a parked car, the other on asphalt.  A 10-year-old girl suffered minor scrapes and bruises.

That does it. These dangers to children need to be OUTLAWED. For the children's sake, people. Or at least there needs to be a 10 day waiting period to do a background check on those who wish to rent one. Will someone from the government please save us?
