Hope Reins fights against high-voltage power lines

Debra Hirschberg is clinical director of Hope Reins, which gives equine therapy counseling and assists a variety of people. Hirschberg discusses the purpose and impact of therapeutic horses and how ComEd is putting Hope Reins in jeopardy. The hearing about the power lines is at 7 p.m. tonight, April 24, at the Hemmens Auditorium in Elgin.
