This week, Rick Kogan talks literature in Chicago with Brian Bannon, Chicago Public Library Commissioner; Rhona Frazin, president and CEO of the Chicago Public Library Foundation; and Theresa Schwegel, an author whose most recent book is “The Good Boy.” Bannon, Frazin and Schwegel join Rick for the entire hour of “After Hours,” which was abbreviated due to Blackhawks hockey.
