    To take that two-sided Jumbotron idea a bit farther, make the rooftop facing one run Ultra HD (4K) IMAX/3D video and toss a ball from the screen over there every once in a while, for the full experience. ;-)

    If that's successful. the Ricketts could acquire the parking lot on the NE corner of Waveland & Sheffield (for 100% net profits), build a multilevel structure there with rooftop or skybox seating and put an even larger screen on the back of the old scoreboard. They could potentially add several hundred or more fans over there as well as on surrounding 'blocked view' rooftops.
