I didn't listen to the whole interview, but I'm wondering how this compares with the cost of Trex decking, and can a consumer install it without a lot of hassles?

This sounds like a great solution for many buildings in downtown areas that are looking for options to expand their usable space. In Portland, OR, the downtown region is literally landlocked and the only way for a business or building to get more space is to go up! I am going to research your product, this may be something we may want to offer our clients.

He drove us around the neighborhood pointing out roofs that were done
by contractors and others who were done by who knows whom.
The following steps should guide you through the process of how
to fix a leaky roof until you can hire a professional to make more permanent repairs.
But because a metal roof can often be installed over your current roof, without tearing off what’s already
there, metal roofing helps to reduce this excessive shingle
    waste.

Yeah, this product is useful. But it may be waste if we do not fix roofing before taking a new one. http://www.tampaexteriors.com may be helpful in this case.
