Gov. Pat Quinn signed a bill last August banning employers from requesting access to private information of job applicants or employees’ online social networking sites. That legislation will have a sequel if Gov. Quinn decides to sign a bill that prohibits colleges and universities from demanding access to students’ private online information. Rep.
