Hi Lou, I'm interested in soundproofing my coach house. I asked the man upstairs if he would put some nails in the floor to secure the soft spots to lessen the noise before he put down his new carpet.. His answer was "DEAL WITH IT". I just tuned in at last minute saturday & did not get the name of the man or the company that you were interviewing. Please send me the name of the company. I would like an estimate.

Thanks,I'm a senior & have listened to you for a long time [ 11 years]. Your best tip for me was to put a filter in my cold return. That tip keeps my furnace very clean. I clean the filter in my furnnace once a year & it really doesn't need it. It's a great for single ladies that have to be their own Miss Fix Its. I particlarly like your tips that tell me about something I can do myself.
