* MAIN IMPACT…HEAVY SNOW AND STRONG EAST NORTHEAST WINDS
GUSTING TO 40 MPH…ESPECIALLY NEAR THE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORE…
WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY AND MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

* SECONDARY IMPACT…THE WET AND HEAVY NATURE OF THE SNOW CAN
