Rewarding families for their well-behaved kids?

A waitress “tips” parents for their well-disciplined children at at fine restaurant and sparks controversy. Should a premium be placed on kids who behave? As a stranger, would you interfere and discipline someone else’ kids in public? Turi talks obedience and raising children.

How about the restaurant owner in Pennsylvania, I believe, who simply posted signs in his place restricting families with kids under 5 yrs. It was TV news last year. I wrote and congratulated him for taking that position. I am tired of noisy people, including kids!
