Saving the post office

Bill Leff chats with Rick Geddess about his recent piece ‘Save the Postal Service from collapse.’  Geddes is an associate professor in the Department of Policy Analysis and Management at Cornell University and a visiting scholar with the American Enterprise Institute. He is author of Saving the Mail: How to Solve the Problems of the U.S. Postal Service (AEI Press: 2003).
