I saw Carol's Bio. It stated she was contributor to Fox news, Fox business and MSNBC. Like all the contributors on those networks I guess she never let the facts get in the way of her opinion. Your guest today completely schooled you on the facts of the situation. If I want to listen to opinionated, ill informed hosts I can always turn the dial to am56 or WLS 89.

Cut Social Security by 10% each of the next few years then you will see how it feels to cut state pensions. Carol has no clue what she is talking about. She should get the facts first. Stop using that pension deficit amount without saying the number of years it represents. If It is for 10 years, say it.

If you understood what was behind the 2/12 percent so called increase you would not display your ignorance. The original cut was to act as stimulus with no permanace attached and applying to Social Security contributions, and it worked, witnessed by the job growth in small business, or would you deny that job growth, Would you also deny that to keep such a tax cut would be adverse to the solvency of Social Security. You like to provide misinformation in order to promote your liberterian view point but in reality you display your ignorance..
