Even in a bad economy, homes with amazing architectural facades will sell very fast. These homes will usually be recently updated with external wall insulation which provides a very good barrier from harsh weather; keeping a home cool during summer and warm during the cold winter months. The best architectural facades will be constructed using 'environmentally friendly' materials.
